Congo Brazzaville is certainly one of the countries that surprised us the most. From the media, we heard a lot about the Democratic Republic of Congo and somehow we put those two countries into one pot. But Congo Brazzaville is very far from the Congo we hear about. We fell in love with the spectacular nature, the perfectly tard roads, and the charming capital city.

One of our favorite places in Congo is the Lesio-Louna Wildlife Reserve. Here you can find lowland Gorillas living on small islands to learn how to survive in the wild. Just reaching the place is already a big adventure and it feels like driving through the Windows XP screen safer. Arriving at the camp you can take a boat riding through the crystal clear water reaching the Gorillas and having the opportunity to see them from very close.
Not far from this mesmerizing place is the mysterious place of Lac Blu which is said to hide mysterious creatures inside its waters.
